The great Indian plantain (scientific name: Arnoglossum reniforme) is a tall plant found in North America. It belongs to the amazing sunflower family, which includes many different kinds of flowers.
This plant is native to the central and eastern parts of the United States. You can find it mainly in the Appalachian Mountains and along the Ohio River and Mississippi River valleys. It also grows in states like New Jersey, Maryland, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Oklahoma.
