Asano Nagasato (永里 亜紗乃, Nagasato Asano, born January 24, 1989) is a talented Japanese former footballer. She played as a forward, scoring many goals. Asano also proudly represented the Japan national team. Her brother, Genki Nagasato, and sister, Yuki Nagasato, are also well-known football players.

Asano Nagasato: A Football Star

Asano Nagasato was born in Atsugi, Japan, on January 24, 1989. She grew up loving football and became a professional player. Her career showed her dedication and skill in the sport.

Early Life and Club Journey

Asano started her journey in football at a young age. She joined the youth team of Nippon TV Beleza in 2004. This club is one of Japan's top women's football teams.

In 2007, she officially joined the senior team of Nippon TV Beleza. She played there for several years, becoming a key player. In the 2012 season, her excellent performance earned her a spot in the "Best Eleven" team. This award recognizes the top players in the league.

In 2013, Asano decided to try playing in Europe. She moved to Germany to join 1. FFC Turbine Potsdam. This club plays in the Frauen-Bundesliga, which is Germany's highest women's football league. She continued to show her skills as a forward there. Asano retired from professional football in 2016.

Additionally, they won the Empress's Cup three times (2007, 2008, 2009).

With the Japan national team, she earned a silver medal at the 2015 FIFA Women's World Cup. She also won a silver medal at the 2007 AFC U-19 Women's Championship and a gold medal at the 2005 AFC U-17 Women's Championship.
