Asano Nagasato (born January 24, 1989) is a former Japanese footballer. She played as a forward and was a member of the Japan national team. Asano comes from a family of footballers; her brother Genki Nagasato and sister Yuki Nagasato also play the sport.

Asano Nagasato's Club Journey

Asano Nagasato was born in Atsugi, Japan, on January 24, 1989. She started her professional football career in 2007. She joined Nippon TV Beleza, a well-known Japanese club, after playing for their youth team.

Playing for Nippon TV Beleza

During her time with Nippon TV Beleza, Asano was a key player. In the 2012 season, she was recognized as one of the best players. She was chosen for the "Best Eleven" team, which is like an all-star team for the league.

Moving to Germany

In 2013, Asano decided to play football in Germany. She joined 1. FFC Turbine Potsdam, a club in the Frauen-Bundesliga. This is the top women's football league in Germany. She played there for three years. Asano Nagasato retired from playing football in 2016.
