How Ashurst Started
The firm began a long time ago in 1822. It was founded in London, England. The first name of the firm was Ashurst Morris Crisp. The three people who started it were William H. Ashurst, John Morris, and Sir Frank Crisp.
Growing and Facing Challenges
In 2003, the firm changed its name to Ashurst LLP. Like many businesses, it faced some tough times. They worked hard to improve their services and grow. The firm focused on making its main business stronger. This included helping with company mergers and deals. They also improved their connections with banks.
By 2007, the firm was doing very well. Its profits grew a lot, making it one of the top law firms in the UK. In 2008, Charlie Geffen became the new senior partner. Joining Forces with Blake Dawson
