August Johannes Kippasto (born August 28, 1887 – died September 24, 1973) was a talented wrestler from Estonia. He competed for the Russian Empire in the 1912 Summer Olympics.

August Kippasto was an Estonian athlete. He became known for his skills in wrestling. He represented the Russian Empire in major international competitions.
Olympic Dreams
At the 1912 Summer Olympics in Stockholm, August competed in Greco-Roman wrestling. He was in the lightweight category. Two other Estonian wrestlers, Georg Baumann and Oskar Kaplur, were also there. August was eliminated from the competition after losing his matches against Ödön Radvány and Karel Halík.
Life in Australia
In 1929, August Kippasto moved to Australia. He settled there and found work as a piano tuner. He lived in cities like Melbourne and Mount Isa.
August also tried his hand at professional wrestling. He was a student of the famous wrestler Georg Hackenschmidt. August used the wrestling name "Russian Strongman Razgon." He wrestled against other well-known athletes. These included Martin Bucht, Billy Meeske, and Bill Beth. However, he did not find much success in professional wrestling.
A Poet Too!
Besides wrestling, August Kippasto also had a passion for writing. In 1973, he published a collection of poems. The book was called "Mõtteid Kodust" (Thoughts from Home). It was published in Sydney, Australia.
