Back at the Barnyard (also known as Barnyard: The Series) is a fun American CGI animated TV show. It is based on the 2006 movie called Barnyard. The series first aired on September 29, 2007.

It was shown on Nickelodeon and Nicktoons. The show ran for two seasons. It was made by Omation Animation Studio and Nickelodeon Animation Studio. The last episodes aired until November 12, 2011.

What the Show is About

The story of Back at the Barnyard continues after the movie. The main characters are Otis the cow and his animal friends. They live on a farm and have many exciting adventures.

The biggest secret on the farm is that the animals can talk and act like humans! They try very hard to keep this a secret from all the humans. This often leads to funny and tricky situations.

Episodes and Seasons

The Back at the Barnyard TV show had two main seasons. In total, there were 52 episodes. Each episode usually had two shorter stories, making about 97 segments.

The first season aired from September 29, 2007, to February 23, 2009. The second season started on February 25, 2009. Most of the second season aired until September 18, 2010. Video Game Fun

A video game based on the show was released in 2008. It was called Back at the Barnyard: Slop Bucket Games. In Europe, it was known as Back at the Barnyard: Barnyard Games.

This game was made by THQ and was only available for the Nintendo DS system. It let players join Otis and his friends in different barnyard challenges. The game received mixed reviews from critics.
