Exploring Barles and Its Hamlets
Barles is not just one main village! It is actually made up of many smaller areas. These small areas are called hamlets. They are spread out along both sides of the Bès river.
Some of these hamlets are found on the right side of the Bès river. These include places like Le Seignas, Vaux, and le Château. Others are on the left side of the river. Examples of these are La Barricade and le Laus. Each hamlet adds to the unique charm of Barles.
