Getting around Bellerose Terrace is quite easy. The Cross Island Parkway, a major road, runs right through the middle of the community. This makes it simple to drive to other parts of Long Island or New York City.
For those who prefer trains, the southern edge of Bellerose Terrace is bordered by the Main Line of the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR). The LIRR's Elmont station serves the area. The eastbound platform opened in late 2021, and the westbound platform opened in late 2022.
