Elizabeth Folan Gilpin (born July 21, 1986) is an American actress. She is famous for her roles in many TV shows and movies.

You might know her as Debbie "Liberty Belle" Eagan in the Netflix comedy series GLOW. For this role, she was nominated for three big awards called Primetime Emmy Awards. She also played Dr. Carrie Roman in the TV show Nurse Jackie. In 2023, she starred as a nun fighting against artificial intelligence in the science fiction series Mrs. Davis.

Betty Gilpin has also appeared in several movies. These include the mystery film True Story, the romantic comedy Isn't It Romantic, and the adventure film A Dog's Journey. Betty grew up in a part of Manhattan called the South Street Seaport. She went to the Loomis Chaffee School and then to Fordham University. She graduated from Fordham in 2008.
