Bjurholm Municipality (which in Swedish is Bjurholms kommun) is a small area in northern Sweden. It is a municipality located in Västerbotten County. The main town and seat of the municipality is Bjurholm.
This municipality has kept the same borders since 1863. That is when Sweden first set up its municipal system. For a short time, between 1974 and 1983, Bjurholm was part of Vännäs Municipality. When it became its own municipality again in 1983, it was the smallest in Sweden by population. Its population is still decreasing today.
