Black Lake is a cool lake found in the Kenora District of Ontario, Canada. It's located in the northwestern part of Ontario. This lake is part of a very large area where all the water eventually flows into Hudson Bay.

Where Does Black Lake's Water Come From?

The main river that flows into Black Lake is the Black River. This river enters the lake from the east side. The Black River also flows out of the lake from the southwest side. This means the Black River is both the main source of water and the main way water leaves the lake.

Besides the Black River, two smaller streams also bring water into Black Lake. These are called Graphic Creek and Johnny Creek. They help keep the lake full and healthy.
