Bladen's Story: A Look Back
Bladen was started in 1886. This happened when the Burlington and Missouri River Railroad built its tracks through the area. The village was named after one of the first people to settle there.
Since 1906, Bladen has been the home of the Webster County Fair. This fair is a big event for the community every year.
