Blairton is a small, quiet place in West Virginia, United States. It's known as an unincorporated community. This means it's a group of homes and businesses that aren't officially part of a city or town government. Instead, it's managed by the larger Berkeley County.

Blairton is located in the eastern part of West Virginia, near a stream called Opequon Creek. It's just east of a bigger town called Martinsburg. Long ago, Blairton was first called Opequan Station. This name came from its spot right next to the Opequon Creek and a railroad line.
