His Journey in the Church

On November 17, 1993, a very important event happened in his life. Pope John Paul II, who was the leader of the Roman Catholic Church at that time, chose Bogdan Wojtuś to become a bishop. He was given the title of a "Titular Bishop" of a place called Vassinassa. This title is often given to bishops who help lead a larger church area, like an auxiliary bishop. At the same time, he was also officially made an Auxiliary Bishop of Gniezno.
