Boom (pronounced like "BOHM") is a town in Belgium. It is located in the province of Antwerp. In 2021, about 18,799 people lived in Boom. The town covers an area of 7.37 square kilometers (2.85 square miles). People who live here are called "Boomenaren."
Since 2005, Boom has been famous for hosting Tomorrowland. This is a huge yearly electronic dance music festival.

History of Boom
The story of Boom began a long time ago, in the late 1300s. The town grew a lot during the 1800s. People in Boom have a special respect for a statue called "Our Lady of Boom."

Boom is in a great spot! It's located between three big cities: Brussels, Antwerp, and Ghent. The town is also right next to the Rupel river.
