Bradleyville is a small place in northeastern Taney County, Missouri, United States. It is called an unincorporated community. This means it is not officially a town or city with its own local government.
You can find Bradleyville where Route 76 and Route 125 meet. It is located above the west side of Beaver Creek. Bradleyville is also part of the larger Branson area.
History of Bradleyville
A post office opened in Bradleyville way back in 1861. The community got its name from a local family called Bradley.
For many years, from 1920 to 1970, Bradleyville was listed as an incorporated village by the Census Bureau. This means it had its own local government.
However, it later became unincorporated. Then, in 2002, Bradleyville decided to become incorporated again. But this change did not last long. In 2009, the village officially became unincorporated once more.
