Bradshaw is a small village located in York County, Nebraska, in the United States. In 2020, the village had a population of 273 people.

History of Bradshaw Village
Bradshaw was officially set up in 1879. This happened when the Burlington and Missouri River Railroad expanded its railway lines to this area. The village was named after the maiden name of the wife of the person who originally owned the land where the town was built.
Bradshaw has experienced some powerful storms. In 1890, a tornado hit the village, causing a lot of damage. Sadly, twelve people lost their lives during this event.
Later, on May 5, 1964, another very strong tornado struck Bradshaw. This tornado was rated as an F5, which is the highest level on the tornado intensity scale. It was the only official F5 tornado ever recorded in Nebraska's history. This storm caused four deaths and injured 50 people.
