Brod-Posavina County (Croatian: Brodsko-posavska županija) is a region in southern Slavonia, Croatia. It is located on the left bank of the Sava River. This is why it is also known as Posavina. The main city and center of the county is Slavonski Brod.

Where is Brod-Posavina County?
Brod-Posavina County is in the eastern part of Croatia. It shares borders with several other counties.
- To the west, it borders the Sisak-Moslavina County.
- To the north, you'll find the Požega-Slavonia County.
- In the northeast, it borders the Osijek-Baranja County.
- To the east, it is next to the Vukovar-Srijem County.
The Sava River forms its southern border, which is also the border with another country.

Nova Gradiška is another important town in Brod-Posavina County. It is smaller than Slavonski Brod but still a key center for the area.
