Isaac "Bud" Stallworth (born January 18, 1950) is a former American basketball player. He was a talented shooting guard who played for the Kansas Jayhawks in college. Bud was known for his impressive skills on the court.

He stood at 6 feet 5 inches (1.96 meters) tall and weighed 190 pounds (86 kg). After a great college career, he went on to play professionally in the NBA.

Bud's College Basketball Journey

Bud Stallworth played college basketball for the Kansas Jayhawks from 1969 to 1972. He quickly became a star player. In 1972, he received some big awards.

Top Honors in College

In 1972, Bud was named a second-team All-American. This means he was recognized as one of the best college players in the entire country. He also won the Big Eight Conference Player of the Year award. This showed he was the top player in his conference.

A Memorable Game

One of Bud's most famous moments in college happened in 1972. He scored an amazing 50 points in a game against the Missouri team. This was a huge achievement and showed his scoring power. His jersey number, 15, was later retired by the Kansas Jayhawks to honor his contributions.
