The company's headquarters is in Sandy Springs, Georgia. Sandy Springs is home to its parent company, Inspire Brands, which is just north of Atlanta. The brand runs its support center from Minneapolis, Minnesota.

The chain is best known for buffalo wings and for other items, such as chicken tenders and legs.
