Rogel Kyle "Bugoy" Cariño Jr. (born September 3, 2002) is a Filipino actor and dancer. He became famous after winning Star Circle Kid Quest in 2009. This was a TV show looking for talented young kids. Since then, he has been in many TV shows and movies. He has also promoted different brands in the Philippines.

Bugoy Cariño was born on September 3, 2002, in Gen. Mariano Alvarez, Philippines. His family is Roman Catholic.
When he was only four years old, Bugoy loved to dance. He joined many dance contests in his local area. He was also part of a hip hop dance group called Higher Level. His dancing skills helped him appear in several commercials.

Starting on TV
In 2009, Bugoy joined the third season of ABS-CBN's Star Circle Quest. Famous hosts Ai-Ai delas Alas and Ruffa Gutierrez led the show. Bugoy was announced as the winner of this competition for young artists.
Becoming a Star
After winning, Bugoy became a regular on the popular children's comedy show, Goin' Bulilit. He appeared in many other shows on ABS-CBN. In 2012, he played the main character in the TV series E-Boy. Bugoy was also a talent of Star Magic, which is ABS-CBN's group for managing artists.
