During this season, she was named the best attacker and the most valuable player (MVP). EJ also earned the "Best Server" award in Season 74 and the "Best Receiver" award in Season 75.

College Career Highlights

EJ started her college volleyball career with the UST Golden Tigresses. She played as a guest player in the Shakey's V-League 11th Season 1st Conference. Her team reached the semi-finals, and EJ won the "Best Scorer" award.

In her first year playing for UST in UAAP Season 77, she was named "Rookie of the Year." In her second year, EJ and UST finished fourth in the Shakey's V-League 12th Season Collegiate Conference, where she won the "2nd Best Open Hitter" award.

EJ became the team captain for UAAP Season 78. Later in 2016, she led the UST Golden Tigresses to the semi-finals of the Shakey's V-League 13th Season Reinforced Open Conference. They were the only college team to make it that far, finishing in fourth place. She also won another "2nd Best Open Hitter" award. That same year, her team won the championship at UNIGAMES 2016.

UAAP Success

EJ helped the Golden Tigresses achieve a third-place finish in UAAP Season 79. This was their first time in the Final Four in four years! She was one of the league's top players, ranking third in scoring, eighth in spiking, and fifth in digging.

In 2017, EJ and her teammate Rondina won back-to-back championships at the University Games. Unfortunately, EJ had a shoulder injury during UAAP Season 80, which kept her from playing until Season 82 in 2020.
