Bultei (which is Urtei in the local Sardinian language) is a small town in the Italian region of Sardinia. It is also called a comune, which is like a municipality or local government area. Bultei is part of the Sassari province.
This town is located about 140 kilometers (around 87 miles) north of Cagliari, which is the capital city of Sardinia. It's also about 50 kilometers (around 31 miles) southeast of Sassari, another important city.
