Regan Farquhar (born February 12, 1978), known by his stage name Busdriver, is an American rapper and music producer from Los Angeles. He has worked with many other rappers like Myka 9, R.A.P. Ferreira, Nocando, Open Mike Eagle, and Aesop Rock. His music often features unique beats and fast, clever lyrics.

Biography
Early Life and Start in Music
Regan Farquhar was born in Los Angeles, California, on February 12, 1978. He grew up around hip hop music because his father, Ralph Farquhar, wrote the movie Krush Groove in 1985. Regan started rapping when he was nine years old.
By the age of 13, he was part of a music group called 4/29. This group was inspired by the 1992 Los Angeles riots. When he was 16, he joined the Project Blowed music scene. This was a place where many talented hip hop artists in Los Angeles got their start.
Music Career Highlights
Busdriver released his first solo album, Temporary Forever, in 2002. Two years later, in 2004, he released Cosmic Cleavage with the record label Big Dada.
In 2007, he released RoadKillOvercoat through Epitaph Records. Another solo album, Jhelli Beam, came out in 2009 with Anti-. He also helped produce the 2009 album Watergate for the group Thirsty Fish.
In 2010, Busdriver shared a free mixtape called Computer Cooties. That same year, he formed a band named Physical Forms with Jeff Byron. They released a special 7-inch record called Hoofdriver with Deerhoof. Busdriver also teamed up with rapper Nocando to create the group Flash Bang Grenada. Their first album, 10 Haters, was released in 2011.
Busdriver continued to release new music. His solo album, Beaus$Eros, came out in 2012 with Fake Four Inc.. Later that year, he released a free EP called Arguments with Dreams. In 2014, he released Perfect Hair on Big Dada.
In 2017, Busdriver appeared in the movie Kuso, which was directed by Flying Lotus. His latest studio album, Electricity Is on Our Side, was released in 2018. He also released "MADE IN LOVE" in 2023.
