Caleb Landry Jones, born on December 7, 1989, is an American actor and musician. He is well-known for his roles in movies like X-Men: First Class where he played Banshee, Get Out as Jeremy Armitage, and Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri as Red Welby. Caleb has won important awards, including the Cannes Film Festival Award for Best Actor and an AACTA Award for Best Actor in a Leading Role, for his amazing performance as Martin Bryant in the movie Nitram.

Early Life and Beginnings
Caleb Landry Jones was born in Richardson, Texas. His parents are Patrick and Cindy Jones. He grew up in Richardson, where he also started a band called Robert Jones with his friend Robert Hudson. When his acting career started to take off, he moved to Los Angeles to focus more on movies.
Acting Career Highlights
Caleb Landry Jones began his acting journey with small parts, including a role in the movie No Country for Old Men. Soon after, he started getting roles in TV shows. He appeared in Friday Night Lights as Jimmy Adler and in Breaking Bad as Louis.
Early Film Roles
Caleb then took on supporting roles in movies like The Last Exorcism (2010) and X-Men: First Class (2011). In X-Men: First Class, he played a character named Sean Cassidy, who has a powerful sonic scream. The next year, 2012, was busy for him. He appeared in Contraband and Byzantium, both in supporting roles.
Also in 2012, Caleb got his first main role in a movie called Antiviral. This film was the first movie directed by Brandon Cronenberg, whose father, David Cronenberg, is also a famous director.
Breakthrough Performances
In 2017, Caleb was part of several popular movies. These included American Made, The Florida Project, Get Out, and Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri. The last three movies were even nominated for awards at the 90th Academy Awards. Get Out and Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri were both nominated for Best Picture.
Recent Projects
In 2021, Caleb starred in the movie Nitram, playing the role of Martin Bryant. His performance in this film earned him the Cannes Film Festival Award for Best Actor, which is a very prestigious award.
Caleb took on the main role in the 2023 movie Dogman, directed by Luc Besson. Besson was very impressed with Caleb's acting, calling him his "muse." Because of this, Besson decided to make a new movie about Dracula with Caleb in the lead role. This movie, titled Dracula: A Love Tale, is currently being filmed.
Music Career
Besides acting, Caleb Landry Jones is also a musician. He released his first album, called The Mother Stone, on May 1, 2020. This album was recorded in Los Angeles and released by Sacred Bones Records. He has released several other albums and singles since then.
