Carlos Deon Rogers (born February 6, 1971) is an American former professional basketball player. He was chosen by the Seattle SuperSonics as the 11th pick in the first round of the 1994 NBA draft.

Carlos Rogers' Basketball Journey
Carlos Rogers was born in Detroit, Michigan. He went to Northwestern High School in Detroit. Standing tall at 6 feet 11 inches, he played as a power forward and center.
College Career and Early Success
Before joining the NBA, Carlos played college basketball. He attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock from 1990 to 1991. Later, he played for Tennessee State University from 1992 to 1994. During his time at Tennessee State, he was recognized as the Ohio Valley Conference Player of the Year twice, in 1993 and 1994. He was also named a First-team All-OVC player in both those years.
In 1993, Carlos Rogers helped the United States men's national basketball team win a gold medal at the 1993 Summer Universiade. This is a big international sports event for college athletes. He was the top scorer for the U.S. team at that competition, scoring 87 points.
Playing in the NBA
Carlos Rogers played in the NBA for eight seasons, from 1994 to 2002. He played for several teams during his career:
