Carlos Deon Rogers (born February 6, 1971) is an American former professional basketball player. He was chosen by the Seattle SuperSonics as the 11th pick in the first round of the 1994 NBA draft.

Early Life and College Basketball

Carlos Rogers went to Northwestern High School in Detroit. After high school, he played college basketball. He played for the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and then for Tennessee State University. During his college years, he was recognized as a top player. He was named the Ohio Valley Conference Men's Basketball Player of the Year twice, in 1993 and 1994.
