Caroline Receveur was born in Épinal, a town in France. Her father, Jacky Receveur, was a soccer player for the FC Metz team in the 1970s. From a young age, Caroline dreamed of becoming a model. She had her first audition when she was just 14 years old.

According to the magazine Challenges, Caroline's move to Dubai was partly for financial reasons. She mentioned that a house with a garden and a pool is much cheaper in Dubai than in France or England. Dubai is also known as a place with lower taxes.

On July 25, 2023, after being quiet on social media for a while, Caroline announced on Instagram that she had been diagnosed with breast cancer. She shared that it was found at an early stage.
