Cartoon Network (Japanese: カートゥーン ネットワーク, Hepburn: Kātūn Nettowāku) is a popular TV channel in Japan. It's available through cable and satellite services. This channel is made especially for kids and teens, mostly showing fun animated TV shows.
Cartoon Network Japan is like the Japanese version of the famous Cartoon Network in the United States. It shows many of the original series from the U.S. channel. You can also watch lots of cool Japanese animated series and movies here. Plus, it airs other animated shows from different countries.
On October 1, 2011, Cartoon Network Japan updated its look. It started using new designs and logos, just like other Cartoon Network channels around the world. Later, on April 1, 2017, the channel began using even newer graphics. These were part of the "Dimensional" brand package from Cartoon Network USA.
