Cartoon Network is a popular TV channel that mainly shows awesome animated series. It's available across many countries in Asia. This channel is run by AT&T's WarnerMedia International.
Cartoon Network broadcasts from its main offices in Singapore and Jakarta, Indonesia. It reaches viewers in these countries, plus Hong Kong, Macau, and other parts of Asia. The channel first started on October 6, 1994. In the Philippines, a special local version of the channel was created later.

Watching Cartoon Network in Mainland China
In Mainland China, you could watch the pan-Asian Cartoon Network through AsiaSat and Palapa satellites. It was shown in Chinese.
Watching Cartoon Network in Hong Kong and Macau
In Hong Kong, Cartoon Network was available on now TV and Cable TV Hong Kong. In Macau, you could watch it on Macau Cable TV. Shows aired in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Watching Cartoon Network in Taiwan
Cartoon Network launched in Taiwan on January 1, 1995. It broadcasts in Mandarin with an English audio option.
Watching Cartoon Network in South Korea
In January 2003, the pan-Asian Cartoon Network started broadcasting in South Korea. This happened after a Cartoon Network block on Tooniverse stopped airing. However, the channel couldn't add Korean audio tracks due to local laws.
In 2006, JoongAng Ilbo and the Turner company teamed up. They launched a separate South Korean version of Cartoon Network in November of that year.
Watching Cartoon Network in Thailand
In Thailand, you can watch the pan-Asian Cartoon Network through TrueVisions cable and satellite networks. TrueVisions includes the channel in its Gold and Platinum packages. The channel shares its feed between Singapore and Thailand because their time zones are only one hour apart.
Since 2009, a Thai audio track for ads and promos was added. An official Thai website also launched. In February 2018, Cartoon Network became available on AIS Play. This means Cartoon Network has two main providers in Thailand: AIS Play and TrueVisions.
Watching Cartoon Network in Indonesia
In Indonesia, the pan-Asian Cartoon Network is available on several TV providers. These include First Media Gold and Platinum packages, BiG TV Gold and Platinum packages, MNC Vision Platinum Packages, and TransVision Platinum Packages. It's also part of the Indikids add-on package on IndiHome.
Watching Cartoon Network in the Philippines
In the Philippines, the channel has a local version in standard definition (SD). It also shows the pan-Asian feed in high definition (HD) at the same time.
Watching Cartoon Network in Vietnam
The pan-Asian Cartoon Network used to be available in English in Vietnam. However, in April 2014, a special local version was launched. The shows are the same as the pan-Asian version. But, the promos are all in Vietnamese. Original shows are either dubbed or have Vietnamese voice-overs. Local cartoon titles also appear on screen next to the Cartoon Network logo.
The Vietnamese channel is available on VTC Digital, SCTV, Hanoi Radio-Television (HCATV), and Vietnam Television (VTVcab). Since December 2016, a Vietnamese audio track for promos and adverts has been available. Sometimes, a Vietnamese ad or promos for other channels like Warner TV might appear.
Watching Cartoon Network in Malaysia and Brunei
Astro was the first Malaysian company to broadcast the pan-Asian Cartoon Network. It launched on Astro on channel 616 in Malaysia and Brunei (Kristal-Astro) on August 31, 2006. The channel number has since changed to 615 for HD and 635 for SD.
Watching Cartoon Network in Sri Lanka
Cartoon Network used to be available in Sri Lanka. Now, Cartoon Network HD+ India is shown on Dialog TV in SD format. Cartoon Network Pakistan is available on PEO TV.
Watching Cartoon Network in the Middle East
In the Middle East, the pan-Asian Cartoon Network was available via both AsiaSat and Palapa satellites. It aired in English.
