Meet the Characters
This cartoon takes place in the year 2179, in a futuristic place called Space City. It's a bit like the world of The Jetsons!
Casper and His Friends
- Casper the Friendly Ghost is a special "guardian ghost." He helps two Space Police officers named Mini and Maxi.
- Mini is a cheerful redhead.
- Maxi is a smart African-American woman who can be a bit fiery.
They patrol Space City on cool flying motorcycles.
They also have a ghostly friend named Hairy Scarey. He's a big, shaggy ghost with a red nose and a bow tie. Hairy loves to scare bad guys and troublemakers. Even though Casper doesn't like scaring people, Hairy really cares about him and tries to understand.
The Other Officers
Not everyone is friendly! Two other officers, Nerdley and Fungo, often cause trouble. They drive a flying patrol car and always try to show they are better than Mini and Maxi. But their own silly mistakes and fear usually mess up their plans.
