Cethan Carter is an American football player. He was born on September 5, 1995. He plays as a tight end or fullback. He played college football for the Nebraska Cornhuskers. Later, he played professionally in the NFL. He was with the Cincinnati Bengals and the Miami Dolphins.

Growing Up and High School Football
Cethan Carter played high school football at Archbishop Rummel High School. This school is in Metairie, Louisiana. He played in different positions. These included tight end, H-back, and fullback.
In his senior year (2012), he caught 23 passes. He gained 418 yards and scored 5 touchdowns. His team had a perfect 14–0 record. They won the Louisiana Class 5A state championship that year. Cethan also played basketball for his high school team.
College Football Career
Carter played college football for the Nebraska Cornhuskers. He was a student at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. He played for them from 2013 to 2016. He studied criminology and criminal justice.

Cincinnati Bengals (2017–2020)
Cethan Carter was not chosen in the 2017 NFL Draft. However, he signed with the Cincinnati Bengals on May 5, 2017.
In 2018, he was placed on injured reserve due to a shoulder injury. This meant he could not play for the season.
On December 15, 2019, Cethan scored his first NFL touchdown. This happened in a game against the New England Patriots. He finished that season with two catches for 13 yards. He was also a key player on special teams. He made 16 special teams tackles.
He signed a new one-year contract with the Bengals on April 17, 2020.
Miami Dolphins (2021–2022)
