Charlestown is a small town in Calumet County, Wisconsin, in the United States. In 2020, about 774 people lived there. This was a tiny bit less than the 775 people counted in 2010. A small community called Hayton is also part of the town of Charlestown.
Geography of Charlestown
The Town of Charlestown is located in the southeastern part of Calumet County. To its east, you'll find Manitowoc County. The city of Chilton, which is the main city of Calumet County, is right next to Charlestown's western border.
The town covers a total area of about 82.2 square kilometers (about 31.7 square miles). Most of this area, 81.3 square kilometers (31.4 square miles), is land. The rest, about 0.8 square kilometers (0.3 square miles), is water.
