Charron Fisher is an American former professional basketball player. He was born on November 15, 1985. Charron played basketball for many years, first in college and then professionally in different countries.
College Basketball Journey
Charron Fisher went to Roman Catholic High School in Philadelphia. After high school, he played college basketball at Niagara University. He played for the Purple Eagles for four years, from 2004 to 2008.
During his time in college, Charron was a great player. He averaged 19.6 points per game. This means he scored almost 20 points in every game he played! He also grabbed 7.6 rebounds, which are times he caught the ball after a missed shot. He also had 1.1 assists and 1.1 steals per game.
In his final year at Niagara, Charron was even better. He averaged an amazing 27.6 points per game. He also got 9.5 rebounds, 1.2 assists, and 1.7 steals per game. These numbers show he was a very important player for his team.
Professional Basketball Career
After finishing college in 2008, Charron Fisher became a professional basketball player. He moved to Serbia and played for a team called Vojvodina Srbijagas during the 2008–09 season.
Next, he played for Kalev/Cramo in Estonia for the entire 2009–10 season. In 2010, Charron signed with APOEL, a team in Cyprus. However, he got an injury in November that year. This injury meant he could not play for the rest of the 2010–11 season.
In July 2011, Charron signed a contract to play for AEK Larnaca. With this team, he achieved a big success! He helped Petrolina AEK win the Cypriot championship in 2013. He was also named the league's Most Valuable Player (MVP) that year. This means he was considered the best player in the league! He continued to play for AEK Larnaca until 2014. His professional career ended in 2015.
