Chikashi Masuda (増田 誓志, Masuda Chikashi, born 19 June 1985) is a Japanese former professional football player. He played as a midfielder, which is a player who helps both defend and attack on the field. He was also a member of the Japan national team.

Chikashi Masuda was born on June 19, 1985, in Miyazaki, Japan. He grew up loving football and worked hard to become a professional player. His journey took him to many different clubs in Japan and other countries.
Early Career and Kashima Antlers
Masuda started his youth career at Hosho High School from 2001 to 2003. After high school, he joined Kashima Antlers, a well-known club in Japan, in 2004. He played for Kashima Antlers for many years, from 2004 to 2012. During his time there, he played in 155 matches and scored 12 goals.
Winning Trophies with Kashima Antlers
With Kashima Antlers, Masuda helped his team win several important championships:
- The J1 League three times in a row: in 2007, 2008, and 2009.
- The J.League Cup twice: in 2011 and 2012.
- The Emperor's Cup once: in 2007.
