Chikashi Masuda (増田 誓志, Masuda Chikashi, born 19 June 1985) is a Japanese former professional football player. He played as a Midfielder. Masuda was also a member of the Japan national team.

Playing Career Highlights
Chikashi Masuda started his professional football journey in Japan. He played for several teams during his career. He was known for his skills as a midfielder.
Early Career in Japan
Masuda began his career with Kashima Antlers in 2004. He played there for many years. During his time with Kashima Antlers, he helped the team win the J1 League three times. They won in 2007, 2008, and 2009. He also helped them win the J.League Cup twice. These wins were in 2011 and 2012. He also won the Emperor's Cup in 2007.
In 2010, Masuda played for Montedio Yamagata on loan. He then returned to Kashima Antlers.
Playing in South Korea and UAE
After his time with Kashima Antlers, Masuda moved to South Korea. He joined Ulsan Hyundai in 2013. He played there for a few seasons. In 2014, he had a short loan spell back in Japan with Omiya Ardija.
Later, in 2017, Masuda played for Al-Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates. This was a new experience for him.
Return to Japan and Retirement
Masuda returned to Japan in 2017. He joined Shimizu S-Pulse. In 2019, he went on loan to Seoul E-Land in South Korea. He announced his retirement from professional football in November 2019.
International Appearances
Chikashi Masuda also represented his country. He played for the Japan national football team.
Debut for Japan
Masuda made his first appearance for the senior Japan national team on February 24, 2012. This was in a friendly match. The game was against the Iceland team. He played one match for the national team in total.
