Christian José Manfredini Sisostri, born on May 1, 1975, is a former football player from Ivory Coast. He played as a left midfielder or left winger. Christian also has Italian citizenship because he grew up in Italy.

Personal Life
Christian Manfredini was born in Ivory Coast. When he was just four years old, an Italian family adopted him. They were from Battipaglia, a town in Italy. He then took their family name, Manfredini.
Club Career
Christian Manfredini started his football journey in the youth system of Juventus, a very famous Italian club. In his early career, Juventus sent him to play for smaller clubs on loan. This helped him gain experience.
Cosenza
Christian played for different teams in Italy's lower leagues, called Serie C1 and Serie C2. In 1998, when he was 23, he joined Cosenza. This was his first time playing in Serie B, which is the second-highest football league in Italy.
Genoa
After one year with Cosenza, Manfredini moved to Genoa in 1999. Genoa was also in Serie B at the time. He played there for one season before moving to a club that was quickly becoming important in Italian football.
Chievo
In 2000, Christian Manfredini joined ChievoVerona. He became a key player for the team. Chievo made history by reaching Serie A, which is Italy's top football league, for the first time ever.
Manfredini and another player, Eriberto, were known for their strong play on the wings. Chievo continued to surprise everyone by even reaching the top of Serie A for a short time. They finished fifth, which earned them a spot in the UEFA Cup, a big European competition.
Lazio
In 2002, a major club called Lazio became interested in Manfredini. He joined Lazio, but at first, it was hard for him to get a regular spot on the team. So, Lazio sent him on loan to other clubs, including Osasuna in Spain, and Perugia and Fiorentina in Italy.
In 2004, Lazio faced some financial difficulties. They had to sell many of their best players. Because of this, Manfredini was called back to the team. Even though he wasn't always in the starting lineup, he played in many games for Lazio.
Christian Manfredini even scored a goal in the UEFA Champions League, which is Europe's biggest club competition. He scored against a German team called SV Werder Bremen. His contract with Lazio ended in June 2011.
Sambonifacese
On July 16, 2011, Manfredini signed with A.C. Sambonifacese. He played 11 games for them during the 2011–12 season.
Agropoli
In the 2012–13 season, he played for Agropoli. This team had just been promoted to Serie D, another Italian football league.
International Career
In 2006, Christian Manfredini was called up to play for his home country, the Ivory Coast. On March 1, 2006, he was chosen for a friendly match against Spain. However, he stayed on the bench and did not play. He was not picked for the 2006 FIFA World Cup.
Manfredini was called up again for a friendly game against Senegal in August 2006, but he still did not get to play. Finally, in November 2008, the new manager for Ivory Coast gave Manfredini another chance. He made his official debut for the Ivorian national team in a friendly game against Israel.
