Christine Joan Taylor (born July 30, 1971) is an American actress. She is famous for playing Marcia Brady in The Brady Bunch Movie and its sequel. You might also know her from funny movies like The Wedding Singer, Zoolander, and Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story.
Taylor has also appeared in many popular TV shows. These include the Nickelodeon series Hey Dude, as well as Arrested Development and Search Party.

Early Life
Christine Taylor was born in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Her mother, Joan, was a homemaker, and her father, Albert, owned a security company. She grew up in the nearby town of Wescosville, Pennsylvania, with her younger brother.
Taylor was raised in the Roman Catholic faith. She went to St. Thomas More School and later attended Allentown Central Catholic High School.
Acting Career
Taylor's acting career started in 1989 on the Nickelodeon show Hey Dude. She played Melody Hanson, a lifeguard, until the show ended in 1991. During this time, she also had small roles in other shows and movies.
Breakthrough Roles
In 1995, Taylor became well-known for playing Marcia Brady in The Brady Bunch Movie. The movie was a comedy based on the classic TV show, and she returned for the sequel, A Very Brady Sequel, a year later.
After her success as Marcia Brady, Taylor appeared in several TV shows. She had guest roles on Ellen, Seinfeld, and Friends. She also played the main character in the TV series Party Girl.
Success in Movies and TV
Throughout the late 1990s and 2000s, Taylor acted in many popular comedy films. In 1998, she played Holly Sullivan, the cousin of Drew Barrymore's character, in The Wedding Singer. In 2001, she starred with her husband, Ben Stiller, in the hit movie Zoolander.
In 2004, she played Katherine "Kate" Veatch in the comedy Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story. She also had a recurring role as Sally Sitwell on the TV show Arrested Development in 2005, and returned for more episodes when the show was brought back in 2013.
Recent Work
Taylor has continued to act in both movies and television. From 2016 to 2022, she had a regular role as Gail on the show Search Party. In 2021, she joined the cast of the Apple TV+ series High Desert.
In 2023, she started a podcast called Hey Dude...The 90s Called! with her former co-star David Lascher.
Personal Life
In May 2000, Taylor married actor and director Ben Stiller. They met in 1999 while working on a TV show pilot. The couple has acted together in several movies, including Zoolander, Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story, and Tropic Thunder.
They have a daughter and a son. Both Taylor and Stiller follow a vegetarian diet.
After 17 years of marriage, the couple separated in 2017. However, they later got back together after living together during the COVID-19 pandemic.
