Edward "Chuck" Williams (born June 6, 1946) is a former American basketball player. He played as a point guard. Chuck was 6 feet 2 inches tall. He competed in two major basketball leagues. These were the National Basketball Association (NBA) and the American Basketball Association (ABA).

Chuck Williams was born in Boulder, Colorado. He went to East High School in Denver, Colorado. After high school, he played college basketball. He played for the University of Colorado from 1965 to 1968.
In 1968, Chuck Williams was chosen in the NBA draft. The Philadelphia 76ers picked him. He was the 76th pick in the 6th round.
