Clan mainly shows programs for children aged 12 and younger. But in the evenings and at night, they also show programs for older kids and teenagers. For example, they used to show Dawson's Creek.
Languages and Accessibility
Most shows on Clan are in Spanish. However, many programs also have an English audio option. This means you can often switch the language to English if you want to. Some shows even have a sign language interpreter. This helps deaf or hard-of-hearing viewers enjoy the programs.
Types of Programs
Clan broadcasts a mix of different shows:
- Cartoons: You can find many animated series, both from Spain and other countries.
- Live-action shows: These are shows with real actors, not cartoons.
- Music shows: Sometimes, Clan shows big music events. This includes popular Spanish music contests like Operacion Triunfo. They also broadcast international music competitions such as the Eurovision Song Contest and the Junior Eurovision Song Contest.
Because of the variety of shows, especially the educational and musical ones, Clan is a helpful channel for primary school teachers. They can use some of the programs to help kids learn.
