Claudecir Aparecido de Aguiar (born on October 15, 1975), known simply as Claudecir, is a former professional football player from Brazil. He played as a Midfielder during his career.
Claudecir is remembered for his time with several important Brazilian clubs. He also played for a team in Japan. After his playing days, he started a special project to help young people.

Claudecir's Football Journey
Claudecir started his football career at a club called Noroeste. This was where he first showed his skills on the field. He played there from 1996 to 1999.
Playing for São Caetano
After Noroeste, Claudecir had a very successful time with São Caetano. He played for them in different periods, including 1999–2001 and again in 2005–2006. He even had loan spells back at São Caetano in 2002 and 2004. During his time there, he played many games and scored some important goals.
Time with Palmeiras
In 2002, a big club called Palmeiras signed Claudecir. He was with Palmeiras from 2001 to 2007. He played 22 games for them and scored 3 goals.
Playing in Japan
In 2003, Claudecir went to Japan on loan to play for Kashima Antlers. He played 8 games for them and scored 2 goals during his time there.
Later Career and Challenges
Claudecir faced some tough times during his career because of knee injuries. These injuries made it harder for him to play at his best. After his first successful period with São Caetano, his performance changed due to these challenges. He later played for Portuguesa and Villa Nova. In 2011, he played for XV de Jaú, where he scored 6 goals in 13 games.
Life After Professional Football
Even after he stopped playing professional football, Claudecir stayed involved in the sport. He now runs a special project called "Cidadão do Amanhã" (Citizen of Tomorrow). This project is in a place called Igaraçu do Tietê. It helps young people through football.
Claudecir also still plays football, but in a different way. He is part of the Palmeiras Masters team. This team is made up of former great players from the Palmeiras club. It allows them to continue playing the sport they love.
