Claudecir's Football Journey
Claudecir started his football career with a team called Noroeste. After that, he had a very successful time playing for São Caetano. His great performances there led to him joining a bigger team, Palmeiras, in 2002.
Challenges and Comebacks
Unfortunately, Claudecir faced some tough challenges with knee injuries during his career. These injuries made it difficult for him to play his best after his first period with São Caetano. Even with these difficulties, he continued to play for several clubs, including a loan spell with Kashima Antlers in Japan in 2003.
Later Career and Community Work
Claudecir also played for teams like Portuguesa, Villa Nova, and XV de Jaú before ending his professional career.
Today, Claudecir is involved in a special project called "Cidadão do Amanhã" (Citizen of Tomorrow) in Igaraçu do Tietê. This project uses football to help young people in the community. He also plays for the Palmeiras Masters team, showing he still loves the game!
