About Clifton E. Marsh

Dr. Marsh grew up in Los Angeles, California. He was a talented football player at California State University, Long Beach. Later, he earned his Ph.D. in Sociology from Syracuse University.

Today, he is a professor at Tidewater Community College in Norfolk, Virginia. He teaches about social and public services. In the past, he led the Social Science department at Morris Brown College in Atlanta. He also worked in the Sociology department at Hampton University in Virginia.
