Coal Run Village is a small city in Pike County, Kentucky, in the United States. It is sometimes called simply Coal Run. The city is located near Pikeville, which borders it on three sides.
In 2010, about 1,706 people lived in Coal Run Village. It was known as the fastest-growing city in Kentucky between 2007 and 2008. During that time, its population grew by more than 17%.
