The Collin River is a river in Quebec, Canada. It flows into the Mégiscane River. This river is located in a region called Abitibi-Témiscamingue. It runs through the area of Senneterre, which is part of the La Vallée-de-l'Or Regional County Municipality.

The Collin River flows mostly through forests. It generally moves south and passes through five lakes. The main activity in this area is forestry, which means cutting down trees for wood. Roads like R0806 help people get around the river's watershed. The river is usually frozen from mid-December until mid-April.

How the River Flows

The Collin River flows for about 22.1 kilometers (13.7 miles). Here's how it travels:

  • Then, it goes south for about 2.5 kilometers (1.6 miles). It flows through Regis Lake, which is about 1.3 kilometers (0.8 miles) long.
