Who Was Constancia de la Mora?

Constancia de la Mora was a brave and influential woman. She was born into a very well-known family in Spain. Her grandfather, Antonio Maura, was Prime Minister of Spain five times. Even with this background, Constancia decided to follow her own path. She became a strong supporter of new political ideas.

Early Life and Family

Constancia de la Mora was born in Madrid, Spain. Her family was part of the Spanish aristocracy. This meant they were very traditional and often conservative.
