Corona is a town in Roberts County, South Dakota, United States. The population was 69 at the 2020 census.
Corona was originally called Prior, and under the latter name was founded around 1883. The present name may be a transfer from Corona, New York.
Corona is located at 45°20′3″N 96°45′52″W / 45.33417°N 96.76444°W (45.334033, -96.764419).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.25 square miles (0.65 km2), all of it land.

At the 2010 census, there were 109 people, 50 households and 30 families living in the town. The population density was 436.0 inhabitants per square mile (168.3/km2). There were 61 housing units at an average density of 244.0 per square mile (94.2/km2). The racial makeup of the town was 98.2% White and 1.8% from other races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 2.8% of the population.
There were 50 households, of which 28.0% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 42.0% were married couples living together, 8.0% had a female householder with no husband present, 10.0% had a male householder with no wife present, and 40.0% were non-families. 36.0% of all households were made up of individuals, and 16% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
