Cory Hall, born on December 5, 1976, is an American football coach and former player. He is currently the head coach at Edison High School in Fresno, California. Cory was chosen by the Cincinnati Bengals in the third round of the 1999 NFL draft. He played college football for the Fresno State Bulldogs. He also played for the Atlanta Falcons. In 2017, Cory became the interim head coach for Oregon State's football team for six games. This happened after their coach, Gary Andersen, left suddenly.

Playing Days
Cory Hall played college football for the Fresno State Bulldogs. He was a talented player, which led him to the professional league. In 1999, the Cincinnati Bengals picked him in the third round of the NFL Draft. He played for the Bengals for several years. Later, he also played for the Atlanta Falcons. Cory played as a safety, a key defensive position.

High School Coaching Success
Cory Hall was the head coach at Clovis North High School from 2011 to 2013. During his time there, his team had an impressive record of 32 wins and only 8 losses. He led the Clovis North team to win the CIF Central Valley Championship twice. They won in both Division I and Division II football. In 2012, they also secured second place in the Central Section.
College Coaching Experience
After his success in high school, Cory decided to coach at the college level. In 2014, he worked as a graduate assistant at Wisconsin. The next year, he became the secondary coach at Weber State. In 2016, he joined Oregon State as their cornerbacks coach.
In October 2017, Cory Hall became the interim head coach for Oregon State. This happened when the previous coach, Gary Andersen, left. Cory coached for six games. Even though the team faced tough opponents, he earned the support of the players and fans. After the season, he moved to Central Michigan University. There, he coached defensive backs. He later returned to high school coaching.
Return to High School
In 2020, Cory Hall returned to high school football. He became the head coach at Edison High School in Fresno, California. He continues to lead young athletes there today.
