Konstantin "Costa" Ronin (born February 3, 1979) is an actor from Russia. He is also a cinematographer, which means he works with cameras to make movies. Costa is well-known for his roles in popular TV shows like The Americans and Homeland. He also appeared in the movie Red Dog.
Early Life and Moving Around
Costa Ronin was born in a city called Kaliningrad in what was then the Soviet Union (now Russia). He lived in Russia for the first 17 years of his life.
When he was a teenager, he moved to Wellington, New Zealand, with his mom. There, he studied important subjects like international relations and political science at Victoria University. After that, he moved to Perth, Australia, to continue his studies, and later to Sydney.
When Costa was 15, he started working at a radio station. This job helped him learn a lot about American culture by listening to music and other programs.
