Damien Michael Woody (born November 3, 1977) is a former American football player. He was an offensive guard in the National Football League (NFL). He played for the New England Patriots, Detroit Lions, and New York Jets. Woody played college football at Boston College. The Patriots picked him in the first round of the 1999 NFL draft. He was the 17th player chosen overall. During his career, he played every spot on the offensive line. He was chosen for the Pro Bowl in 2002. Woody also won two Super Bowl rings with the Patriots.

Damien Woody grew up in Ashland, Virginia. He went to Patrick Henry High School. There, he played football with Erron Kinney. They helped their team, the Patrick Henry Patriots, win the state football championship in 1994. After high school, Woody went to Boston College in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts. He played college football for the Boston College Eagles.
