Daniel "Dani" Torres Espejo (born on 14 February 1984) is a Spanish footballer. He plays as a central defender for the team Antequera CF.

Dani Torres's Football Journey
Dani Torres was born in Córdoba, Andalusia, a city in Spain. He started his senior football career with Atlético Malagueño. This was a big step for him.
Playing for Different Teams
After playing for Atlético Malagueño, Dani moved to Real Jaén in 2004. He didn't play much there at first. In 2005, he joined Córdoba CF B, which was still in his home region.
Over the next few years, Dani played for several teams. These teams were mostly in a league called Tercera División. He also played one season in a lower league with Villa del Río CF. Some of the teams he played for include:

- RSD Alcalá
Achieving Promotion
With RSD Alcalá, Dani had a great season in 2008–09. He scored three goals in 36 matches. His team even earned a promotion to a higher league! This was an exciting achievement for Dani and his teammates.
Returning to Real Jaén
In July 2012, Dani Torres went back to play for Real Jaén. The team was in a league called Segunda División B at the time. In his first year back, he scored one goal in 25 games.
He also played in six matches during the promotion playoffs in 2013. These playoffs were very important because Real Jaén won and got promoted to an even higher league!
First Professional Match
On 1 September 2013, when Dani was 29 years old, he played his very first professional football match. He came into the game as a substitute in the second half. His team, Real Jaén, played against CD Lugo. Even though they lost 2–4, it was a special moment for Dani to play at such a high level.
