College Basketball Journey
Daniel Ewing was a talented guard who stood 6 feet 3 inches tall. He played college basketball for Duke University for four seasons. He was part of the team from 2001 to 2005. His coach at Duke was the famous Mike Krzyzewski.
Before joining Duke, Daniel played high school basketball. He attended Willowridge High School in Missouri City, Texas. He played alongside other future basketball stars like T. J. Ford. Playing in the NBA
In 2005, Daniel Ewing was chosen by the Los Angeles Clippers in the 2005 NBA draft. He was the 32nd player picked overall. He played for the Clippers for two seasons. During this time, he was a backup player, meaning he came off the bench to help the team.
He played in 127 regular season games for the Clippers. On average, he scored about 3 points, grabbed one rebound, and made one assist per game. In June 2007, his time with the Clippers ended.

During his time in Poland, he helped his team win the Polish League championship three times (from 2009 to 2011). He was even named the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the Polish League Finals in 2011.
- Ukraine and Turkey: In 2011, he signed with Azovmash Mariupol in Ukraine. Later, in December 2012, he moved to Turkey to play for Beşiktaş in the Turkish Basketball League.
- France: In July 2013, Daniel Ewing signed a one-year deal with Paris-Levallois Basket in France. He later joined Le Mans Sarthe in October 2014, where he stayed for the rest of that season.
- Lithuania and Israel: In August 2015, he signed with Neptūnas Klaipėda, a team in Lithuania. He then played for Maccabi Ashdod in Israel starting in August 2016. He returned to Neptūnas in Lithuania in February 2017.
- Argentina and Romania: In 2018, he played for Ferro Carril Oeste in Argentina. His last professional team was CSU Sibiu in Romania in 2019.
