David Joseph Marks (born December 15, 1952 – died October 6, 2017) was a famous British architect. He is best known for designing some really cool and iconic structures. Who Was David Marks?
David Joseph Marks was born in Stockholm, Sweden, on December 15, 1952. His mother was Gunilla Lovén and his father was Melville Marks, who worked as a journalist and film producer. David grew up in Geneva, Switzerland, where he went to the International School of Geneva.
In 1972, David moved to London. He first studied at Kingston Polytechnic and then at the Architectural Association School of Architecture. This is where he learned how to design buildings and structures.

David Marks married another architect named Julia Barfield. Together, they started their own architecture company called Marks Barfield. They worked on many exciting projects together.
