David Paul Ramsey (born November 17, 1971) is an American actor. He is famous for playing John Diggle / Spartan in the superhero TV shows Arrow, The Flash, Supergirl, and Batwoman. He also played a character named Anton Briggs in the TV series Dexter.

David Ramsey was born on November 17, 1971, in Detroit, Michigan. He grew up there and later went to Wayne State University. He studied hard and prepared for his future career.

David Ramsey has been acting for many years, appearing in various TV shows and movies. He started his career in the late 1990s.
Early TV Roles
From 1997 to 1998, David starred in a TV show called Good News. He played a pastor named David Randolph. In 2000, he took on the role of the famous boxer Muhammad Ali in a TV movie called Ali: An American Hero. That same year, he appeared in the movie Pay It Forward. He also had a repeating role in the TV show For Your Love.
In 2001, David played Vince Lee in the movie "Mr Bones." He also had guest roles in many other popular TV shows. These included All of Us, One on One, The West Wing, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, and Ghost Whisperer.
Becoming John Diggle
